TPA Brianza has significant experience in the design and turnkey construction of high-tech systems. Our designers use the most modern 3D design technologies for the creation of parts, assemblies and bills of materials.
During the design of mechanical components, it is essential to carry out a structural verification of the part. TPA Brianza uses FEA (Finite Element Analysis) simulation programs for static, thermal and topological optimization analyses. It can also provide technical reports signed by professional engineers.
Rapid prototyping is a group of technologies used to quickly fabricate a model of a physical part or assembly using three-dimensional computer aided design (CAD) data. Thanks to the use of additive technologies it is therefore possible to validate design aspects in a very short time and at low costs.
In order to realize the components of the designed systems, the company has 3-5 axis machining centers, control lathe and wire EDM, in addition to various traditional machine tools. With the help of 3D CAD-CAM software, it can create highly complex parts.
In compliance with the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard, quality control is carried out on the components of the plants designed and built. A Laser Tracker (LEICA AT402 ®) is also used to carry out measurement reports using SpatialAnalyzer®.
Once the assembly of the various components is finished, TPA Brianza takes care of the installation of the system at the end customer, working with experienced mechanical fitters. In addition to the delivery of the user and maintenance manual of the machine, specific personnel training can be provided.
The after sales service is a fundamental part of the relationship with the customer.
It can be articulated in terms of planned maintenance (scheduled), extraordinary maintenance (in case of breakdowns or malfunctions) and revamping (due to needs changed over time).
